Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- Operator: The entity within the Virtual Casino Group that operates and manages the Website and related services, historically registered in Costa Rica under Corporate ID 3-102-348249, and any affiliated companies providing payment processing, customer support or platform services.
- Website: The online gambling platform accessible at https://clubplayerbet-ca.com, including all subpages such as the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming pages.
- Brand / Club Player Casino: The online casino brand "Club Player Casino" as offered to Canadian users under the project name Club Player Casino and exclusively in connection with the Website.
- User: Any individual who accesses the Website, with or without creating an account.
- Player: A User who has successfully registered an account on the Website and is permitted to place wagers for real money or bonuses.
- Account: The personal, non-transferable gambling account opened by a Player on the Website, used to hold funds, bonuses and track activity.

- Real Money Balance: Funds deposited by the Player or credited as cash winnings, which are not subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise specified.
- Wagering Requirements (Wager): The total amount a Player must stake, as a multiple of the Bonus and/or deposit amount, before any associated Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn.
- Prohibited Actions: Any activity that is fraudulent, abusive, collusive, unlawful, or otherwise in breach of these Terms, including bonus abuse, use of bots, chargebacks, and multi-accounting.
- KYC: "Know Your Customer" procedures, including identity verification, proof of address and, where required, source-of-funds checks performed by the Operator.
- CAD: Canadian Dollar, the main reference currency for Canadian Players using the Website.
- Dispute: Any complaint, claim or disagreement between a Player and the Operator arising out of or related to the use of the Website or the Services.
Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Requirements
- Minimum age: To register an Account and use the gambling Services, you must:
- be at least 18 years old; and
- have reached any higher minimum legal gambling age applicable in your province or territory of residence in Canada.
- Location: By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling on offshore sites is not expressly prohibited and that you are not accessing the Website from any country or province where the Operator has chosen to restrict Services.
- One account rule: You may open only one Account on the Website. Multiple Accounts, including those opened with different email addresses or personal details, are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of funds or Bonuses obtained in breach.
Registration Process
- Account creation: To open an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Website by providing accurate and complete information including:

KYC and Identity Verification
- Mandatory verification: Before permitting withdrawals, and at any time during the life of the Account, the Operator may conduct KYC checks. You may be asked to provide, among other things:
- a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver's licence);
- proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement not older than 3 months);
- copies or screenshots of the payment instruments used (e.g., front of card with partial digits masked, e-wallet account details); and
- source-of-funds or source-of-wealth documentation, where appropriate.
- Verification timing: KYC checks may be performed:
- upon registration;
- prior to the first withdrawal;
- upon cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceeding internal thresholds; or
- whenever the Operator has concerns about fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling.
- Failure to provide documents: If you fail to provide requested documentation, provide false documents or otherwise obstruct verification:
- your Account may be suspended or closed;
- pending withdrawals may be cancelled; and
- Bonuses and winnings associated with unverified or fraudulent activity may be forfeited, subject to applicable law.
User Obligations
- Accuracy of data: You warrant that all information you provide is true, complete and up to date. You must promptly update your Account details if your personal information changes.
- Password security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must:
- choose a strong, unique password;
- not share your credentials with any third party;
- log out after each session, especially on shared devices; and
- immediately notify customer support at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Account usage: You agree that:
- you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person;
- you are not using funds derived from criminal or unlawful activity; and
- you will not allow any third party to use your Account for any reason.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Gameplay
- Game rules: Each game, including slots, table games and live casino games, is governed by specific rules and paytables accessible within the game interface. By placing a Bet, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of those rules.
- Randomness and fairness: Virtual games use a random number generator ("RNG") to determine outcomes. The Operator endeavors to offer games that are technically fair and function as intended. However, as an offshore operator without Canadian licensing, the Website is not regulated by Canadian authorities such as AGCO or iGaming Ontario.
Placing Bets
- Balance requirement: You may place Bets only if you have sufficient Real Money Balance or eligible Bonus Funds to cover the stake and any associated fees. Bets placed in excess of your available balance will not be accepted.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game specifies minimum and maximum Bet limits. The Operator may, at its discretion, impose additional overall Account limits, daily or monthly wagering caps, or game-specific limits.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is considered accepted when it is recorded on the Operator's servers and appears in your game history. The game log maintained by the Operator shall be conclusive evidence of all transactions, subject to manifest error.
- Currency: For Canadian Players, account balances and Bets are generally denominated in CAD. Where other currencies are used, conversion rates may apply as determined by the Operator or its payment processors.
Cancellation and Modification of Bets
- Player-initiated changes: Once a Bet has been confirmed by the system, you cannot cancel or modify it, except where the game rules expressly permit such an action before the outcome is determined.
- Operator-initiated cancellation: The Operator reserves the right to void, cancel or adjust a Bet or game round in the following non-exhaustive circumstances:
- technical malfunction of the game, RNG, server, or communication system;
- display errors (e.g., incorrect odds, misapplied paytables, or obvious pricing mistakes);
- fraud, collusion, exploitation of bugs or game integrity issues; or
- where the Bet was placed in breach of these Terms or applicable promotional rules.
- Refunds on voided Bets: If a Bet is voided by the Operator, the stake will generally be returned to your Account's relevant balance (Real Money or Bonus Funds), unless the voiding is due to your fraudulent or abusive conduct.
Conduct in Live Casino and Chats
- Expected behaviour: When using live dealer games or any chat functionality, you must behave respectfully towards dealers, other Players, and staff. You must not:
- use abusive, racist, sexist, homophobic, hateful or harassing language;
- promote illegal activities, violence or self-harm;
- advertise other websites or services; or
- share personal data of yourself or others.
- Prohibition of fraud and unfair play: You must not:
- use any automated tools, robots, scripts or external aids to gain an advantage;
- collude with other Players or exploit game vulnerabilities;
- manipulate game outcomes or payment instruments; or
- engage in chargebacks or payment reversals without legitimate cause.
- Sanctions: Breach of conduct rules may result in:
- temporary or permanent loss of chat privileges;
- cancellation of affected Bets;
- suspension or closure of your Account; and/or
- forfeiture of Bonuses and, in serious cases, winnings associated with prohibited conduct, subject to applicable law.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Deposit methods: Subject to availability in your region, the Website may support deposits via:
- credit and debit cards;
- e-wallets and online payment services;
- prepaid vouchers; and
- selected cryptocurrencies, where permitted by the Operator and payment partners.
- Ownership of payment instruments: You must use only payment methods that are registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment instruments without authorization is strictly prohibited and may be treated as fraud.
- Deposit limits: The Operator may impose:
- minimum deposit amounts per transaction;
- maximum deposit amounts per transaction, day, week or month; and
- optional or mandatory responsible gambling limits, where offered.
- Fees and currency conversion: The Operator may charge reasonable processing fees for specific payment methods, which will be disclosed where applicable. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may also charge fees or apply exchange rates, for which the Operator is not responsible.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals are generally processed via:
- the same method used for deposit, where technically possible; or
- alternative methods offered by the Operator (e.g., bank transfer, e-wallet), subject to additional verification.
- Withdrawal limits: The Operator may apply:
- minimum withdrawal amounts per request;
- maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction;
- weekly or monthly payout limits; and
- segmented payout schedules for large wins.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to review withdrawal requests within a reasonable period, typically within 48 - 72 hours after all required KYC checks have been completed. Actual receipt of funds may take longer depending on your payment provider and banking system.
- Pending status and reversals: While a withdrawal request is pending, the Operator may allow you to cancel the request and return the funds to your Account balance, unless restricted by responsible gambling measures. The Operator may decline or reverse a withdrawal if:
- KYC checks are incomplete or unsatisfactory;
- fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms is suspected; or
- the request contravenes applicable laws or payment processor rules.
Anti-Money Laundering and Security
- Compliance: Although the Operator is not licensed in Canada and operates from Costa Rica, it applies internal anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) controls. Transactions perceived as suspicious may be blocked, reported to relevant authorities, or lead to Account closure.
- Source of funds: The Operator may request documentation evidencing the lawful origin of your funds. Failure to provide such documentation may result in suspension of withdrawals and potential closure of your Account.
Refunds of Bets and Bonuses
- Refund policy: As gambling outcomes are determined in real time, stakes are generally non-refundable once a Bet has been accepted, except:
- where a game malfunction or technical issue requires voiding a round; or
- in limited circumstances where the Operator, in its sole discretion, decides to refund a Bet.
- Bonus adjustments: In case of:
- technical errors in Bonus allocation;
- misstated promotional conditions; or
- bonus abuse, the Operator may adjust, revoke or reclaim Bonuses and related winnings, including by reversing transactions or confiscating improperly obtained funds, subject to applicable law.
Bonus Terms
Activation of Bonuses
- Eligibility: Bonuses may be offered to new or existing Players at the Operator's discretion. Eligibility criteria (e.g., country, status, deposit method) will be specified in each promotion. The Operator reserves the right to withhold or withdraw a Bonus if you do not meet the criteria.
- Bonus credits: Bonuses can be:
- automatically credited alongside a qualifying deposit;

- Acceptance: By claiming or using any Bonus, you agree to be bound by:

Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Standard wagering: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, Bonuses and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements. These requirements typically oblige you to wager a multiple (for example, 30x, 40x or higher) of the Bonus amount and/or the deposit amount before:
- Bonus Funds become withdrawable as Real Money; or
- any associated winnings may be cashed out.
- Contribution of different games: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Unless indicated otherwise:
- most slot games may contribute 100%;
- table games, video poker and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage or 0%;
- certain games may be entirely excluded from bonus play.
- Time limits: Bonuses are subject to expiry dates. Typical timeframes for meeting wagering requirements may range from several days to a few weeks from the time the Bonus is credited. If wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the applicable period:
- the Bonus may be removed; and
- any winnings derived from the Bonus may be forfeited.
Prohibited Games and Actions in Connection with Bonuses
- Game restrictions: Certain games or game features (e.g., progressive jackpots, specific high-return slots or table games) may be restricted when playing with active Bonuses. Attempting to circumvent such restrictions may be considered bonus abuse.
- Betting patterns: The following non-exhaustive activities may be treated as abuse:
- placing large Bets using Bonus Funds followed by minimal wagering to meet requirements;
- hedging Bets (for example, betting on both red and black in roulette);
- delaying game rounds or accumulating free spins or bonus features while using Real Money and then exploiting them with Bonus Funds, or vice versa; and
- using multiple Accounts, devices or identities to claim the same promotion more than once.
- Consequences of bonus abuse: If the Operator reasonably believes that you have engaged in bonus abuse or exploited any loophole:
- Bonuses and related winnings may be cancelled or confiscated;
- pending withdrawals may be reversed to remove illegitimate gains; and
- your Account may be suspended or closed, subject to applicable law.
Combining Promotions and Bonus Stacking
- One promotion at a time: Unless explicitly permitted, you may not:
- combine multiple active Bonuses on the same deposit; or
- participate in overlapping promotions that apply to the same funds.
- Priority and order: When multiple Bonuses are available:
- the Website may automatically apply a default promotion, unless you opt out or select another eligible offer; and
- the Operator may determine the order in which wagering is applied to Bonus Funds and Real Money Balance.
- Cancellation of Bonuses: You may request cancellation of an active Bonus via customer support. However:
- cancelling a Bonus usually results in the loss of any winnings derived from that Bonus; and
- once wagering has commenced, reversal of Bonus use may not be possible in all cases.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Provision of Services: The Operator will take reasonable steps to provide the Services with:
- fair and functioning games based on an RNG or live dealer systems;
- accurate recording of Bets, balances and game outcomes; and
- reasonable availability of customer support via email and live chat.
- No guarantee of uninterrupted access: You acknowledge that:

Exclusions of Liability

- Unlicensed status in Canada: The Operator is an offshore, self-regulated entity with corporate registration in Costa Rica and no Canadian iGaming licence (including no approval from AGCO or iGaming Ontario). You acknowledge that:
- you are using the Services at your own risk; and
- you may not have access to provincial dispute resolution schemes or compensation funds applicable to regulated Canadian operators.
Maximum Compensation
- Monetary cap: Without prejudice to any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with:
- a specific Bet or game round, shall not exceed the amount of the Bet or stake placed in that Bet or game round; and
- your overall use of the Services during a rolling twelve-month period, shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money you have deposited to your Account during that twelve-month period, net of any withdrawals.
- Player responsibility: You are fully responsible for:
- ensuring that you understand the rules of each game before playing;
- maintaining appropriate records of your gambling activity; and
- any tax obligations arising from your winnings under Canadian or provincial law.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Website and all content available on or through it are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by the Operator, the Virtual Casino Group, its affiliates or its licensors.

Termination & Suspension
Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account, and/or restrict your access to the Website, in whole or in part, if:

- you provide false, inaccurate or misleading information;
- there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, chargebacks or other unlawful activity;
- you engage in abusive behaviour towards staff, dealers or other Players; or
- the Operator decides, for commercial, security or compliance reasons, to discontinue providing Services to you or to Canadian users generally.
- Consequences of suspension: During suspension:
- you may be prevented from depositing, placing Bets or claiming Bonuses;
- pending withdrawals may be paused; and
- the Operator may undertake further investigations or request additional documentation.
Player-Initiated Closure
- Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected] or via available account tools, if offered. The Operator will process such requests within a reasonable period.

Funds Upon Termination
- Real Money Balance: Subject to:

- Bonuses and winnings: Upon closure:
- all active Bonuses may be cancelled; and

- Forfeiture in case of breach: If your Account is closed due to serious breach of these Terms, fraud or unlawful conduct, the Operator may:

- retain or recover funds to the extent permitted by applicable law and necessary to cover damages, costs or chargebacks.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Applicable law: These Terms, your use of the Website and all contractual and non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles.
- Offshore status for Canadian users: You acknowledge that:
- the Operator is registered under Corporate ID 3-102-348249 in Costa Rica and operates as an offshore, self-regulated entity;
- the Services are not licensed by Canadian federal or provincial regulators (including AGCO or iGaming Ontario); and

- Dispute resolution: In the event of a Dispute:

- Arbitration option: The Operator may, at its sole discretion, propose that certain Disputes be resolved through binding or non-binding arbitration in Costa Rica or another mutually agreed venue.
